Disk Space and Transfer
Any customer using an amount of monthly bandwidth or disk space which we deem to be excessive in comparison to the average usage by other customers on our platform may be advised to upgrade to a bespoke solution and billed accordingly. Refusal to co-operate with our requests will result in account suspension and/or termination as we must ultimately ensure platform stability and service delivery at all times.
We provision large disks for our shared platforms, but no physical or virtual server can have an “unlimited” disk size due to limitations in both hardware and software. If you are operating a large account we may require that your account is moved to a server where it can be more easily accommodated without affecting other customers. We would not charge for doing so and would always provide the information and tools necessary for you to operate your service. Refusal to co-operate with an account move request will result in account termination with no right to backups or a refund, as we must ultimately ensure platform stability and service delivery at all times. This may also result in an immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site and services.
We reserve the right to withdraw support and suspend or terminate the service where hosting accounts are:
- excessively used to effectively resell our hosting services to multiple customers.
- used as bulk media sharing sites.
- used as backup storage facilities.
- utilizing disk space for any purpose other than the hosting of websites.
